Income protection
With the temporary incapacity plan option, you provide your employees with a financial safety belt. You can choose the level of income benefit that is appropriate to your employees:
- up to 80% of their gross monthly salary
- subject to a maximum monthly benefit limit of € 10.000 with a minimum of € 1.000
- available for your expatriated staff only
Income protection during 24 months
We will pay your employee a regular income for as long as he/she is unable to return to work. After a waiting period of 90 days, the income will start up up to a maximum of 2 years. After 24 months, your employee can only continue to receive an income through the permanent disability option.
