Which currencies are supported?
ExpatPlus can be taken out in € (EURO), in £ (pound sterling) or in $ (US Dollar). The choice of currency has to be made (by the Policyholder) before the coverage takes effect, and can only be changed at the annual renewal date. Premiums and claims shall be
payable in €, in £ or in $, according to the currency in which the policy has been concluded.
Will my premiums increase with age?
Yes. Our premiums are age related and operate in a series of age groups. Although you get older every year, your premium will not necessarily increase. This will only occur if you enter a new age group. The age groups are: <18 / 18-30 / 31-40 / 41-50 / 51-60 / 61-70. When entering a new age group, the higher premium (related to this new age group) will be applied as from the first quarter following your birthday.
How do I pay my premiums?
Premiums are payable quarterly in advance.
