Guaranteeing an income during illness. Some illnesses can cause permanent disability that prohibits you from fully or partially continuing your professional occupation.
A regular monthly income
With this option, you can provide your employee with a monthly income in case he is affected by a permanent disability of at least 33.33% caused by illness or accident, You can choose the level of income benefit that is appropriate to your employee:
- up to 80% of pre-disability gross monthly salary
- subject to a maximum of € 10.000 per month and a minimum of € 1.000
- cash benefit = sum insured X degree of disability when degree of disability is between 33.33% and 66.67%
Additional payment of € 25.000
Does your employee's degree of disability exceed 66,67%? And does your employee need the assistance of a third person to perform the basic activities of daily living such as feeding, washing himself? In that case an additional sum of € 25.000 will be paid to his family members.
Income protection up to the age of 65
With the permanent disability plan we will continue to pay his/her income for as long as he/she is unable to resume his activities ... and this up to the age of 65.
Escalating benefit
once payement starts, the benefit payments will increase by 2% each year.
